2. User Accounts

3. Platform Features

Bidding

Users can participate in auctions by placing bids on items. All bids are binding commitments to purchase at the bid amount.

Bartering

Users can exchange items or propose item-for-money trades. All barter agreements are binding once accepted by both parties.

Giveaways

Users can list items for free giveaway. Recipients are selected at the giver's discretion.

4. Credits System

Bid|Barter uses a credit system for certain platform actions:

  • Credits can be purchased through our secure payment system
  • Credits are used for placing bids and Power Bids
  • Credits are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Credits have no expiration date

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • List prohibited or illegal items
  • Manipulate bidding processes
  • Create fake accounts or impersonate others
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Spam or harass other users

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Bid|Barter acts as a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to complete transactions.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. You may also close your account at any time through your account settings.
